Hours
I am flexible with appointment hours and appreciate a few days notice. I try to accommodate most schedules and realize that time is precious to us all. My earliest appointment is 9:30am because of the building hours. The latest appointment is 5:30pm.
Most one-hour appointments will last about 75 minutes and includes a one time health history/assessment form, an informed consent form and information about my policies and procedures. I can email the initial paperwork to you which will require you to arrive only 10 minutes early. Otherwise, arrive as soon as you can up to 15 minutes early so that your massage will last for the entire allotted time frame. My 60 minute massage is exactly 60 minutes. After the massage is over, you can be on your way in 10 minutes. I always appreciate your feedback, and I strive to make every massage an experience catered to your needs and preferences. Only cash or checks are accepted.
Punctuality is important to me, as I'm sure it is to you. Please call if you will be more than 15 minutes late, and if you have not arrived within 15 minutes of the appointment time, the massage is canceled.
If you have one no-show, you will be charged full price for the second no show. I try to send out a reminder text the previous day. All massages are by appointment only.
